- How To Order Ordering a product is very easy. Browse our online catalog, and when you see something you want to purchase,
click the 'Add To Cart' button/link. You can view your order at any time by choosing 'Shopping Cart' on the menu bar. From there you can delete items
you don't want or change quantities. Once you are ready to place the order, choose 'Secure Checkout' from the Shopping Cart.
The entire checkout process is done on a secure server using 128bit SSL encryption, the industry standard, so your information is safe.
Ordering is a three step process:
- Enter Payment Info First you enter your billing and shipping addresses and credit card information.
You will also be registering for an account at our site. If you already have an account, you can log in for faster ordering.
- Review Order Make sure everything listed is correct, and that all totals are correct (see below for tax and shipping info).
- Submit Order After you have checked everything, click 'Submit.' The next page will have all of your order information. You should print
this page for your records.
- Returns We do not accept returns for any reason. Our products are very carefully packaged and should arrive at
your door safe and intact. If you receive a package that is damaged, you should contact the shipping provider.
- Taxes California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
- Shipping Shipping on orders from $0-$99.00 is a flat $10. On orders over $100, shipping is free. This is for UPS ground only.
Other sipping methods (i.e. next day air) may be available on request.
- International Orders Orders are currently restricted to the United States and Canada. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
- Special Offers Special deals, sales, offers, coupons, promotions, etc. cannot be combined.
